Healing From the Trauma of Abortion — guest: Greg Hasek

Greg Hasek, a licensed counselor with Southwest Florida Christian Counseling, specializes in counseling men who’ve experienced trauma, especially trauma from a wife’s or girlfriend’s abortion. Whether you have experienced this yourself or not, odds are that you know a guy who has.

As prevalent as this issue is for men, we rarely discuss it. Greg helps us understand what a man goes through when he visits an abortion clinic with his partner and how this affects a man’s brain. We also talk about how men can approach counseling in general as something that reflects strength, not weakness.

Steve shares about the unique challenges of working and raising a family in a foreign country. We learn about how God shook Steve of his pride through his African students, and how his students educate him just as much as he teaches them.
